The sale on Foothold is now running for US readers through to July 15th. UK readers will find it on sale from the 10th of July until the 17th. I didn’t realize until too late I needed to specify the sale for each individual marketplace, and now there’s a 2-day wait period for the UK sale to start – a lesson learned for next time.
